Caffe Molise Restaurant Review: Though this local gem whips up some fairly ambitious dishes---lobster ravioli in black-and-white pasta and prosciutto-stuffed, rolled chicken breast among them---the simpler preparations are oftentimes what people remember in between visits. Spinach salad, shrimp pasta in a zippy puttanesca sauce, and bruschetta are among our favorites. If something fails to jump out at you from the menu, the chef is usually happy to whip you up a primavera upon request. The indoor ambience is comfortable and casual, but spend your summer dining on the outdoor patio.
