There’s no California dreaming at this outpost of the global chain, where you’ll dig into some of the most creative pizzas in Houston with enough variety to order a different one every day of the month. But it’s definitely not all about pizza. Count on a wide range of inspired appetizers, including Asian pot stickers and Tuscan hummus. Desserts are good, too, including a tart and creamy Key lime pie. In between, find salads big enough to share, including a barbecued chicken chopped salad; and elegant combo of romaine, watercress and fresh beets; and a Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon salad topped with crispy buttermilk-battered onions. The original Post Oak location is hopping at lunch during the week with nearby Galleria workers, but curbside service is available for pick-up orders. |
