Colorful prints adorn the walls of the bustling stark-white modern eatery. Service is speedy---and friendly. Among the thin and crisp Neapolitan pizzas, we like the barbecue chicken version. Herb-onion or garlic-cheese focaccia sandwiches are served with Caesar salad or Szechuan slaw. Among savory soups is the Dakota smashed pea and barley. Lighter pasta options include the asparagus and spinach spaghettini which can be topped with grilled chicken or salmon. Specialties include pan-sautéed Atlantic salmon served with grilled asparagus and spaghettini in a creamy lemon-caper sauce. Pizza is king here, with an array of toppings to satisfy every taste. Chocolate soufflé cake with hot fudge on vanilla bean sauce is worth the splurge.
