 Cape Cod Room Restaurant Review: Although this nautical haunt has been around since 1933, it remains a very nice place to indulge in dishes from the watery deep. Add that to the fact that the bar --- as appropriately old school as can be --- is as friendly as a puppy dog. The must-try dishes are the Bookbinder red snapper soup; fish of all sorts with, perhaps, avocado aïoli rémoulade; Dover sole that’s deboned tableside; and any of the lobster preparations. If you've come for a tryst, ask for one of the cozy booths on the upper level. |
