THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Caribou Coffee Company Restaurant Review:

Caribou takes pride in its bean selecting, roasting and blending techniques. The result is a well-brewed cup of coffee, though generally lighter than other local favorite Dunn Brothers. We like the Hot Apple Blast and the Mint Condition and the Turtle Mocha with one of their buttery scones and muffins. During the holidays we can't resist their egg nog-driven Fa-La-La-La-Latte; during the summer the iced chai and coffee coolers hit the spot. Caribou Coffee started out as a young couple's mountain-top dream, and even though at the time that dream didn't include giving Starbucks a run for their money, it seems to be coming true. Caribou Coffee shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall.
