Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant Review: Unless you go very early or very late, you'll likely have to wait for a table at Carrabba's. The casual dining room is a favorite for families, sharing plates of appetizers and hearty entrées like pollo Rosa Maria --- chicken stuffed with Fontina and prosciutto and topped with mushrooms and lemon-butter sauce, or baby-back ribs braised in red wine with fresh herbs. Hearty stuffed pastas such as lobster ravioli and chicken-spinach cannelloni are filling options. For something a little lighter, choose from the Cucina Casuale menu with soups, salads and panini. Wines are mostly Italian and include some nice choices. For something sweet, try the bacino --- small versions of six desserts --- perhaps chocolate-coconut mousse and crème brûlée. If the dining room is too crowded, call ahead and order Carside Carryout --- pull in the specially designated parking, and someone will bring your order to the car.
