Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant Review: This restaurant offers takeout of all items, and customers can watch their meals being prepared on the open grill, which dominates the interior. The menu features lots of grilled items, pizzas and pastas. While not exclusively a pizza menu, there are more than 30 formal choices---many more if you add all the variations that a customer can have on his Ti Piace pizza (Italian for create your own). The two most popular pies are the margherita (sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, virgin olive oil) and the Italian chicken. But not everyone comes for the pasta or the pizzas. Entrées include chicken Bryan, chicken breast finished with a lemon butter sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil.
