The Carriage House provides a less formal (but still elegant) dining experience than sister restaurant Latil's Landing at the Houmas House Plantation and Gardens in Darrow. In the morning, guests can enjoy bananas Foster pain perdu (french toast), waffles and omelets from the à la carte menu. Dinner is also an à la carte affair, with options ranging from gumbo to lasagna to rosemary chicken with grits. Dessert temptations include white chocolate bread pudding.
