THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Casa Rincon & Tapas Cantina Restaurant Review:
Casa Rincon’s romantic Spanish Colonial ambience entices diners from the moment they pass through oversize, carved wooden doors and marvel at grand antique furniture, twisted wrought-iron décor and rich velvet curtains. Although Casa Rincon offers the same reliable Mexican and Southwestern standards served at its sister restaurant, El Rincon, the draw here is a selection of more sophisticated menu items like rolled, smoked-salmon quesadillas; grilled jumbo shrimp wrapped in jalapeño-flavored bacon; and a charbroiled Angus rib-eye steak topped with Gorgonzola sauce. Numerous indoor and outdoor dining areas will make you feel like you’re in a grand hacienda, and if you stick around after diner, live entertainment and the cantina’s signature margaritas will make you forget about the sunburn and red dust caking your face from the day’s hike or Jeep ride.
