This restaurant has fallen off since the departure of chef Nick Sayada. It is now a midrange Mediterranean restaurant, with the pastas lightened a bit to suit Japanese tastes. It’s a splendid room, taking its name from the artificial waterfall outside. You might have your dessert and coffee in the marble lobby lounge, where you can enjoy the tinkling of a live piano on weekends.
