Enjoy surf, turf or both at this restaurant located in a historic hotel housed in a refurbished, century-old Victorian castle in Port Townsend. Visitors and guests can enjoy a meal from the scenic dining room overlooking the water, and choose from a menu featuring classic continental cuisine prepared with Pacific Northwest twists. Favorites include cioppino brimming with salmon, clams, shrimp, crab and calamari; rib-eye topped with melted Gorgonzola; and a surf ‘n’ turf option featuring sirloin and jumbo shrimp. The wine list showcases American labels, with half the selections hailing from Washington State.
