THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Celebration Restaurant Review:
Pass the mashed potatoes, please. Those buttery bowls of nostalgia---whether for real or wished-for Sunday dinners at Grandmas---are among the comfort foods served family style at Celebration. Pot roast, chicken-fried steak, meat loaf and fried chicken are other menu mainstays, though lighter grilled fare is also available. Entrées come with a starter and three bowls of fresh vegetables---a lot of value for the money. Photos in the bar show what the place looked like when it was the Crystal Ice plant back in the 1940s. Copper-topped tables and oak chairs help maintain the retrospective mood, as do desserts like the warm, fruity cobblers, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
