| Peruvian chicken eateries are all the rage around the DC metro area, and Gaithersburg is no exception. A hot spot is the El Carbonazo, which though small, can outfit itself for a big Peruvian-style birthday party. As with most other barbecue chicken places, this establishment focuses on rotisserie chicken, but unlike others, chicken comes in many different guises, from broiled breast with oregano, chicken with rice, and a real big non-chicken deal, an Inca potato casserole with beef and potatoes. You will also find assorted other beef dishes, but if you are keen on rotisserie chicken, this is the place. |
