| It’s worth the wait for the generous portions, friendly service and totally fun atmosphere. Small plates that include beets with goat cheese, apples and pecans atop arugula leaves or crispy spiced chicken samosas can double as a meal or tempt the taste buds for Luau salad with chunks of chicken, macadamia nuts, sweet mango, crispy wontons and a tangy vinaigrette. You pick the sandwich you want and they probably have it, plus the flat-iron steak is surprisingly tasty. The section of low-calorie choices will ease the guilt when ordering the white truffle raspberry cheesecake or the warm apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. Now that’s a dish to feed the soul any time of year. |
