Chefusion Eclectic Cuisine & Lounge Restaurant Review: Chefusion Eclectic Cuisine & Lounge juxtaposes its original, charming tin ceiling and wood floors with a hip, urban feel. From the casual menu, choose from lobster tamales, crab cakes and chicken piccata, or go for more sophisticated fare, such as an heirloom tomato and watermelon salad with basil, marinated feta, almonds and mini greens drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Also good is the lobster bisque and puff pastry-topped lobster potpie, brimming with meaty, sweet lobster and mixed vegetables. Cabernet-braised short ribs with roasted potatoes and creamed spinach is yet another winner. Meanwhile, the wine list is full of depth with a nice selection of reds, whites and sparkling. Enjoy happy hour from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. in the lounge. |
