French chef Jacques Lolliot dishes out the basics and sophisticated dishes with equal aplomb. We recommend the reasonably priced breakfasts, which are also handy for early-morning business meetings. Expect meats, fish and other seafood---we especially like the salmon---to be expertly cooked to your specifications.
