Chili's Bar & Grill Restaurant Review: For tourists on busy International Drive, this is a dependable stop for burgers, ribs and other all-American fare. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. The requisite chips and salsa are always fresh, and the hot wings are quite good. For a main dish, try the fajita trio with steak, shrimp and chicken; the California club sandwich on wheat Texas toast; or the slow-cooked beef chili. Chili's also has tasty salads --- our favorite is the Cobb with avocado ranch. For those watching their weight, the lighter choice entrées are above average. End on a decadent note with a chocolate chip paradise pie --- a hybrid chocolate chip cookie/brownie/sundae. This location is near Sand Lake Road, midway between SeaWorld and Universal Studios.
