Part of the Kaiser Restaurant Group mini empire, which has several concepts throughout the Coachella Valley, is this traditional and approachable à la carte steakhouse located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Aged Prime beef, bone-in or boneless depending on the cut, is prepared with a choice of classic sauces. Choose from a selection of appetizers and small plates that includes Medjool dates stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in prosciutto then baked and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Oysters Rockefeller features tobiko caviar, spinach, Parmesan and Pernod, quite tasty and a bit different from your grandparents’ dish. The wine cellar is stocked with some 3,000 bottles, which include California labels and an international curated list.
