THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Chop Stix Restaurant Review:

A longtime occupant of a little strip mall near the Rockville Town Square area, this Chinese eatery seems somewhat out of place with the big, bustling chain-type restaurants nearby. Yet this single-owner place appeals with its morning dim sum and the very home-style food. If you want your sweet-and-sour dishes, you’ll find those, too. But look through the menu for such items as the wonton in spicy sauce, the crispy leek pancake, and the seafood chow foon. Perhaps it’s an acquired taste, but the oyster omelet---unlike a Western composition---seems all raw oysters and no egg. Prices are reasonable, which makes this place attractive for families on a budget.
