About the restaurant: Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster is a family-owned restaurant featuring live piano music nightly and tableside sleight-of-hand magic on Saturdays. Classic steakhouse décor includes dark wood, intimate booths and a collection of malt Scotches lined up behind the expansive bar.
Food & Drinks: Diners head here for the Prime beef, like the porterhouse steak, a hefty 24 ounces, cooked simply in butter and served sizzling hot. Lobster tail, carved tableside, may be an addition to any steak. You can pair your entrée with fresh vegetables, broccoli au gratin or a baked potato. And if you dare, order the bread pudding served with whiskey butter sauce, or the signature mandarin orange cake. A bottle of bold Cabernet Sauvignon goes nicely with just about any entrée, or choose from one of the 4,500 selections from around the globe.
