THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES Club Chelsea Restaurant Review

: THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO THE MUSTANG. This nightclub-restaurant has become the trendy spot for a mix of sophisticated locals and visitors. It’s user friendly with separate rooms divided by glass partitions so you don’t miss out on seeing and being seen no matter what your choice of activity. The main room is a sofa strewn lounge with a soft jazz combo, the bar is adjacent and visible, and the cigar and disco rooms keep the smoke and the noise contained so that being exposed to either is a matter of choice. Chef Jon Carter’s coconut shrimp, Lolly Chops and Teriyaki Tenderloin have made him the chef of choice for rock star bashes in this Valley for decades. And in keeping with the high living style Aspen nightlife is famous for, the club features a wide selection of fine cigars, single malt scotch, cognacs and ports.
