Although Clyde's restaurants loosely follow a corporate menu plan, each location's chef is free to wing it and create. We enjoy the Clyde's hamburger and Buffalo chicken sandwich for lunch, but will turn around and settle into a thick, juicy pork chop with mashed potatoes as well. Because Clyde's as a restaurant group is dedicated to sustainable agriculture, be sure to appreciate the farm-to-restaurant produce, especially in the summer when fresh peaches, berries and tomatoes grace the Clyde's tables. Menus change pretty much on a regular basis, but constants such as the hamburgers, the American cheese sampler and the bowls of chili are always welcome. Clyde's prides itself on service, good food and modest prices, and this gentrified location is no exception.
