THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED NAMES Sure, Compadres is a franchise Mexican food joint, but the food is consistently good. You can feed at least two, maybe three people with the roll-your-own Taco Fiesta Platter which features shredded beef, sautéed chicken and pork carnitas served with the works: salsas, lettuce, cheese, marinated jalapeños and sour cream. Or be part of the weekly beer-swilling, taco-scarfing crowd on Taco Tuesdays with live music from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Plus, a large selection of tequila is available to help you salsa dance after dinner on Saturdays.
