Upscale Great Falls has an earthy, somewhat bohemian coffeehouse featuring beverages, calorie-light meals, and sweets with an organic and local focus. True, coffee does not grow in Virginia, but the owner has taken pains to source the seasonal coffee beans from organic growers, and everything else on the menu---from the local honeys to the all-natural sweeteners---is aimed at promoting health in a holistic manner. While a bit pricey, salads and sandwiches are made fresh daily, and you can even get your beverage (probably not the coffee) laced with such supplements as bee pollen.
