Southwestern-style Cottonwood Café, with its psychedelic-bright colors, is quite a pretty eatery.. True to its Southwestern roots, it offers such oddities as rattlesnake meat, along with more familiar Latino fare: chili, enchiladas and chimichangas stuffed with achiote-rubbed duck strips and sprinkled with cheese. For an entrée, you won’t go wrong with their Sonoran seafood paella, bursting with ultra-fresh seafood. Go hog wild with the desserts: Try the Mexican chocolate silk pie or the fruit cobbler.
