Crisp & Juicy Restaurant Review: The food here is pollo a la brasa, or charbroiled chicken. It's a Latino cooking method that's caught on in a big way here, but these eateries offer more than delicious and crispy chickens: The menu includes Argentinean steaks and sausages in sandwiches, and even trendy Gruyère chicken breast sandwiches. But those in the know will stick to the basics: cut-up chickens sold solo or a chicken platter with two sides. We love the fried yuca and plantains, the most traditional combos with Latino chicken. You can buy and eat plenty here, all for about $10. Don't come for the ambience or décor---there isn't any. Also located at 913 W.
