'Cue Barbecue Restaurant Review: After working with Paul Doster to open the Milton location of 'Cue Barbecue, Chris Hilton teamed up with Gene Pica to launch the Cumming unit. The same menu prevails, as does the same methodology and passion for quality. While we prefer ribs a bit more resistant to the bite, the folks who enjoy the falling-off-the-bone style will like these, which are braised then finished off on the grill. For that reason, we prefer the pulled pork, as all other meats are smoked directly on the grill. This team makes everything in-house short of the ice cream. Even the sausage is stuffed in-house, natural casing, of course. We also suggest the vinegar-dressed "Pittsburgh" coleslaw, the perfect topping for the pork sliders Carolina style. Seasonal fruit cobbler is a good way to go for dessert. Quaffs of choice are the beers, although a wine list is offered, but it could be more 'cue-friendly.
