: Daniel Boulud's d|bar is a more casual counterpoint to Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. Along with handcrafted cocktails, this bar and lounge serves a full menu of bistro fare, including moules frites, chicken tagine and steak au poivre. Even more exciting is the $35 house-made charcuterie with a wine pairing that's featured on Monday nights, which might include pâtés or terrines. Appetizers of note are the squash and cranberry salad and parsley root risotto. Be sure to sample the fiery merguez sausage with harissa and baba ghanouj or the chestnut linguine.
