THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Dahlia Restaurant Review:
Midday, Dahlia is the go-to place for ladies who lunch and can spare the time to linger and gossip, but clearly they are not there for divine eats. At noontime Dahlia offers no starters, soups or light dishes, leaving patrons with limited choices: a quiche, assorted salads and several sandwiches. The pick of the list comes as the grilled merguez lamb sausage with three triangles of warm pita and a mound of tasteless potato salad; chocolate cake may follow for dessert. Dinnertime’s lengthier menu delivers such dishes as baby lamb chops with a Parmesan crust, seared scallops with creamy yellow grits, and grilled flank steak with roasted veggies, or you may opt for one of the pizzas.
