From the outside, this clubby men's restaurant seems sedate, but you'll pass through massive front doors into a flurry of activity akin to that at the check-in counter for a canceled flight. Here, however, patrons are dispatched to tables or to the bar with far greater efficiency than the airlines could ever hope for. The menu is straightforward: ten cuts or preparations of Prime beef, three selections of veal, including osso buco, and five seafood entrées. Sides of potatoes gratin and spinach supreme are worth the overtime at the gym, as is the baked-on-site bread. You can enjoy a leisurely affair or a brisk dinner engagement, as long as you tell your server your preference. For solo diners or pairs wanting something more casual, sit at the bar, sip a martini and enjoy a good sirloin burger.
