Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand Restaurant Review: Chiefly a take-out spot, although there are a few interior seats and some outdoor seating, this made-over structure houses a healthy fast-food enterprise. Bright graphics are about the only embellishment. Flying Biscuit founder Delia Champion and Molly Gunn established this little enterprise. Delia's chicken sausage is made from chickens raised without hormones or antibiotics in Gainesville, Ga., and is the best of the genre we’ve ever tasted. Other restaurants buy it from her. For Champion, the healthy aspect of her food doesn't compromise flavor. Breads for the hoagie sandwiches come from Holeman & Finch. We also like the black bean chicken chili embellished with ample cumin. Hunger just on the snack level? Check out the sliders, although we think the buns could be better.
