Divvy Restaurant Review: Divvy presents a fun way to explore a creative mix of flavors, textures, cuisines and wines with friends. Order several small plates for the table and share; even the wine is for sharing or sampling sips. It’s easy to eat your vegetables here, with options like grilled shiitake mushrooms and frizzled green beans, or corn brûlée with jalapeños Romano and red sea salt. Under “fowl food” is boneless breast of grilled quail and shredded-chicken minis with Brie and blackberry barbecue sauce. Seared sesame tuna with teriyaki and Thai chili glaze is almost too good not to keep all to yourself, as is the mini baked Alaska for dessert. Located in the Carmel City Center and walking distance to the theater district, the restaurant is a popular stop before and after attending concerts. But leave the kiddies at home. Divvy is a 21 and older establishment.
