| Start with the South Congress egg rolls --- a distinctive take on the Asian variety --- at this laid-back hotspot; these are extra crispy, filled with diced chicken or beef picadillo and served with a creamy cilantro dipping sauce. We also like the chargrilled burgers, especially the blue cheese burger slathered with spicy peppercorn sauce and accompanied by thick, homemade skin-on fries or onion rings. Wash it down with a super-cold microbrew from the long list. Hot wings come bone-in or boneless, the latter of which will satisfy those wary of the mess but still seeking the heat.
