This operation is fast-food in style, but the menu items---mostly grilled and wrapped in tortillas---are freshly made. The salsas---both green and our favorite, red---have just enough kick. Try the huaraches, like a sope, an open-face flatbread topped with meat or chicken, lettuce and cheese; or the crisp chicken flautas. Mexican cream replaces standard sour cream, and the guacamole is spot-on: chunky, with just enough cilantro, tomato, onion and pepper to be an ideal version of the dish, accompanied by warm tortilla chips. Flan is the best of the competent desserts. This location serves beer, but no wine.
