This operation is fast-food in style, but the menu items---mostly grilled and wrapped in tortillas---are freshly made. The salsas---both green and our favorite, red---have just enough kick. Try the huaraches---like a sope, an open-face flatbread topped with meat or chicken, lettuce and cheese. We're partial to the crisp chicken flautas. Mexican cream replaces standard American sour cream, and the guacamole is spot-on: chunky, with just enough cilantro, tomato, onion and pepper to be an ideal version of the dish, and you get a load of it with warm tortilla chips. Flan is the best of the competent desserts. This location serves beer but no wine.
