If you're looking for pretty people with whom to dine, buzz over to Dragonfly. The black, silver and copper accented room is a fine setting for the menu as well as the chic crowd. Start off with the bacon-wrapped shrimp doused with a sweet balsamic fig glaze which has just the right touch of salt to sweet ratio. You won’t go wrong with the bone-in cowboy rib-eye, a Texas standard, which is a juicy slab of beef served with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Chef Grant Morgan’s favorite dish is the Guinness-braised short ribs, a hearty serving of tender beef that’s braised for 18 hours and served with garlic mashed potatoes. All the wines on the small but well focused wine list are available by the glass or bottle, an especially nice touch if you’re the only one in your group interested in wine with your meal.
