| With a prime location on the Bricktown canal, Earl’s Rib Palace is one of the area’s favorite barbecue joints. Jump in line to order tender brisket, pulled pork, ribs or smoked turkey---they're all winners. Hickory-smoked meats are served in large portions, but “light” sizes and a kids’ menu are also available. The pulled pork sandwich is tender and flavorful and the salads are tasty as well. Find a table inside or out and enjoy a cold beer while your platter is being prepared, and make sure you’ve ordered some of Earl’s generous sides---the fried okra are crunchy and the baked potatoes can be ordered “super loaded.” Even with the plethora of smoked meat options, there’s also a thick cheddar burger that comes with a pickle spear and addictive curly fries. Finish up with homemade cobbler or a brownie à la mode and then continue your stroll around Bricktown. |
