This is a traditional breakfast diner, with a twist. It opens late, 11 p.m., and then stays open until about 2 p.m. the next day. The waitresses are cheery souls, with bright floral aprons split lengthwise so that they can wear them with pants. There’s a full range of breakfast items, with the feather-light pancakes---everything from banana to chocolate chips---being the stars of the menu. There’s often a crowd after the bars close. When the night owls finally go home, the early birds take their place. It’s crowded on Sunday mornings, but there’s no better place in Waikiki to have a reasonably priced breakfast.
