Eight Tables by George Chen Restaurant Review:
Eight Tables by George Chen, ensconced on the second floor of China Live, presents a formal dining experience from founder/executive chef Chen and his team. Guests choose from a Tasting Menu ($225, offered every evening of service), Chef’s Table Menu ($325, upon request) and Seven Course Menu ($175, Tuesday through Thursday). Dishes evolve but have included Four Seas caviar dumpling, Sichuan black cod with fermented rice porridge, and chocolate mousse gold bomba. Wine and beverage pairing is available.
