It may be a simple, family-run spot, but that doesn't mean that the Salvadoran food served at Eliana's isn't impressive. This has long been one of the Valley's favorite hangouts for its often surprising, always tasty cooking. Highlights include pupusas and tamales, fried tilapia and pollo encebollado (a fried chicken dish with rice and beans). To try it all, order the combo plates, such as the platter with pupusa, a chicken meat pie, a chicken tamale and beans.
