Eliana's Restaurant Review

: It may be a simple, family-owned spot, but that doesn't mean that the Salvadoran food served at Eliana's isn't impressive. Highlights include pupusas and tamales, fried tilapia and pollo encebollado (a fried chicken dish with rice and beans); chiles rellenos are also available. For dessert, there’s Salvadoran cheesecake and the signature banana burrito, a fresh banana fried in a tortilla and served with vanilla ice cream on the side and cinnamon sprinkled on top. This has long been one of the Valley's favorite hangouts for its often surprising, always tasty cooking.
