Elm Street Oyster House Restaurant Review: This small but bustling seafood restaurant offers nine beers on tap, a selection of six daily-changing oysters, and an extensive list of blackboard specials. Signature dishes from the open kitchen include myriad seafood and fish options prepared in virtually every method and combination. Mini crab cakes served with Elm Street greens, roasted pear, goat cheese, pine nuts and cranberries and the buffalo shrimp are worthy non-raw starter options. Larger plates include blackened swordfish with citrus coulis, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato hash, and for the meat-minded there is the sirloin cheeseburger. If possible, try to arrive early to secure one of the few white marble-topped tables. If not, plan to spend an hour mingling with the upscale crowd at the wine and beer bar until your table is ready.
