Koberl at Blue Restaurant Review: Erich and Patricia Koberl provide San Luis Obispo with a stylish dining experience at their eponymous eatery. Chef Erich makes the most of his ingredients, letting them shine in such dishes as sautéed white asparagus with porcini hollandaise, seared ahi with a miso honey glaze, or rack of lamb with a Barolo reduction. For dessert, refresh your palate with house-made sorbets or go all in with a bananas Foster napoleon with ice cream.
