Behind this restaurant's aging blue façade and lovely old zinc bar lies an unexpectedly pleasant surprise--a dining room done up in cutting-edge contemporary décor. The menu is spot-on, with the pan-fried gray sea-bream on a bed of tomatos and chorizo, huile noir and purslane tombée, duck foie gras breaded and pan-fried with almonds, truffled mashed potatoes, and almond and Nutella moelleux.
