Evos Restaurant Review: Fast food can be healthy, and to prove it, Evos, a Florida-based operation, brings to Atlanta organic and low-fat fast foods. Nothing is fried, and milkshakes are made with organic dairy. The fries are air baked on a perforated metal pan, and turn out crisp and tasty, while the burger is the thin variety, made from naturally and humanely raised beef. Salads come with locally made Naturally Fresh brand dressings, and there are wraps too. Sea salt and pepper grinders are on the tables. Where can you beat that? The bright, cheerful colors are very kid-appealing, but they'll bring out the kid in the grown-ups looking for healthy fast food.
