This handsome buffet emporium features lots of rich dark wood, beige brick-like columns and action stations displaying the classic cuisines. The salad bar features mixed greens with traditional trimmings and soups such as shrimp bisque and cream of broccoli, accompanied by cornbread. The American display offers carved-to-order turkey with sage stuffing, honey-glazed yams, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Among Asian fare are teriyaki chicken, Szechuan salmon, fried rice and bok choy with oyster sauce. The busy Italian station features a variety of pastas and sauces, plus pizzas, cioppino and chicken Marsala. The International fare includes traditional Mexican specialties.
