With an entrance that features water walls and Dale Chihuly-style blown glass, ceiling murals and hand-painted ceiling beams, this palatial buffet emporium ranks among the most beautiful in the valley. Among breakfast favorites are eggs Benedict and french toast with bananas Foster. The colorful Farmers Market offers appealing bread, salads such as chicken, fennel and wild rice along with various fruits and vegetables. The Mexico International Market turns out traditional south-of-the-border specialties. Chefs at cooking stations prepare fare such as chicken Marsala and pizzas along with artichoke hearts and mushroom ragoÃ»t with pasta at the Italian booth; liver with onions is a favorite for lunch at Americana, while dinner brings pork chops, steak or lamb chops. At the Dynasty Grill, diners select their vegetables (including good bok choy) that chefs cook with an array of sauce choices on a Mongolian grill with chicken, pork or beef for lunch, plus---for dinner---shrimp, Korean ribs and a seafood mix. Mounds of shrimp and crab legs are among dinner winners. Sweet Dreams are favorites all day and evening---we like the eight Breyers ice cream flavors and array of tarts and cookies.
