In its multiple locations, this kitchen understands the term "al dente" when it comes to cooking pasta. Both the basic menu and the daily specials are the same at all branches, as are the wine and beer offerings. Little patrons are happy with inexpensive bowls of pasta with butter and cheese, while the adults savor such treats as butternut squash-filled ravioli sauced with cream and radicchio. Whole-wheat penne is available for those interested in carb watching. A few decent Italian wines are available, and all beers are European. This location's design blends old brick walls, a broken-plate wall, and industrial elements---classic Virginia-Highland.
