Fin Fish, chef Charlie Palmer's first seafood-focused restaurant concept, is decorated in shades of sand and dusky blue and features a "wall" installation composed of pieces of driftwood. A variety of raw bar items are available, as well as starters like lobster corn dogs with three mustard cream, tempura shrimp and crispy crab cakes with avocado and roasted red pepper salad. Main dishes include thyme basted scallops, prosciutto wrapped cod and butter poached Maine lobster.
