After a stint in NYC, chef Fabio Trabocchi returned to Washington, D.C. to launch his own upscale Northern Italian restaurant, where he creates the foods from his youth in Italy’s Le Marche region. He has since brought Fiola to Coral Gables. Start off with selections from the Amalfi Coast raw bar or appetizers like foie gras, bison tartare or burrata. Continue with pastas such as lobster ravioli and mains from the wood oven and grill. Indulge in bottomless Champagne during Sunday brunch.
