Plenty of business gets done over fluffy omelets or pancakes at this downtown location. Service is fast and efficient---a pitcher of ice water with fresh lemon and strong black coffee hit the table before you can open your menu. The omelets are stuffed with unusual combinations, like the Greek Fetish with roasted red peppers, feta cheese and spinach, topped with black olives and red onions. A popular First Watch invention is crêpeggs, a sweet crêpe with fluffy eggs and your choice of fillings. We like the turkey dill with diced turkey, mushrooms, spinach, onions, Monterey Jack cheese, topped with diced tomatoes, hollandaise and dill. If all those choices are too tough, just go for the simple bacon and eggs, or a giant whole-grain pancake with fresh fruit. No need for lunch.
